Congrats Chris!

Chris was selected as one of the honorees for the Northwest Arkansas Business Journal's 40 under 40 for 2014!!!   He definitely deserves this recognition for being a successful business owner and leader in our community!  I couldn't be more proud of him!

"Introducing the 2014 Class of Forty under Forty Honorees

by Paul Gatling

Another year, another great Forty Under 40 class.
And another year of feeling inadequate about ourselves.
Joking aside, we stand in admiration each year about how talented and community-minded the people are that we have chosen to honor. And every year, we are encouraged to know that Northwest Arkansas is in good hands.
The 40 men and women we will introduce to you in this issue are being recognized on the basis of their leadership in companies and organizations across Northwest Arkansas.  It is our hope that you understand what this honor is about and how significant the achievement is.
The purpose of the Forty Under 40 program is to recognize future leaders of Northwest Arkansas. Our goal is to identify individuals who are truly making a difference already, and those who we think will do some really big things to make a difference in the future, for both their companies and their communities.
Let me assure you; it is extremely competitive. Each year we get more and more nominations and the process becomes even more difficult.
The first step in the process for our honorees is, of course, to be nominated — by someone who already recognizes the significant contributions they have made to their company and their community.
The next step in the process is even tougher. Our editorial staff scrutinizes those nominations to try and get it narrowed down to the 40 people who are the most outstanding.
The men and women chosen truly stand apart. On behalf of everyone at the Northwest Arkansas Business Journal, I congratulate you for being recognized as one of the area’s best and brightest, and it’s our privilege to shine the spotlight on you for Northwest Arkansas to see.
Editor’s note: Profiles for this year’s Forty Under 40 class were compiled and written by Paul Gatling, Richard Massey, Jennifer Joyner and Robin Mero."

There was a luncheon today at the Embassy suites to celebrate the 40 honorees!  We sponsored a table,  and had 8 people from Chandler Equipment there to support Chris!  Don Soderquist and Shelley Simpson (Executive Vice President, Chief Marketing Officer, and President of the Integrated Capacity Solutions business segment at JB Hunt) were the guest speakers and did a wonderful job!

 Congratulations to Brad Bridgers too!

Hollyn wanted to draw daddy a picture for being a good worker that morning!!!  :)
